Car Parts Direct ships to both Canada and the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via Canada Post, UPS Canada, FedEx, or USPS. Fitment Verification

Fitment must be verified before purchase. A warranty is included with our parts; warranty terms vary by product and are listed on the individual product page. No labor warranty is provided under any circumstances. Pre-installation items such as fluids, gaskets, and cleanup materials are not eligible for reimbursement.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund at no charge.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. This 30-day window is a strict cutoff, and returns cannot be accepted after that period. Car Parts Direct provides free return shipping with a prepaid, downloadable return label within the 30-day window. No restocking fees apply. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Return Authorization

To start a return, contact vintj@carpartsdirectstore.com within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or denied. All returned items must be in their original condition.
