Where We Ship

Car Parts Direct ships to addresses in Canada and the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to other countries or to U.S. territories.

Canada

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders to Canadian addresses.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across Canada, depending on your location.

Carriers: Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS Canada, or FedEx Canada, depending on package size, weight, and destination.

United States (Contiguous 48 States)

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Where U.S. Orders Ship From: U.S. orders are sourced from and shipped by our vendor network within the United States via UPS, so they do not cross a border and no customs duties or brokerage fees apply.

Delivery Time: U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number.

Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and these orders cannot be completed at online checkout. To request a shipping quote, email vintj@carpartsdirectstore.com with the part (or product link) and your ZIP code.

Currency

All prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD). For U.S. customers, your card issuer will convert the charge to USD.
